You can, but you don’t have to. Our studio is fully equipped with professional gear. If you want to use your own camera, mic, laptop, or accessories, we can integrate it into your session. Plan for additional set up time.

We’re designed for people who already understand podcasting or content production. If you already know what you want to record, we make it easy.
Food and beverages are allowed, but they must be kept away from all equipment. Smoking and vaping are not permitted in the studio. Alcohol is not permitted on the premises.
For in-studio sessions, we can accomodate 4 microphones for one podcast. There is no cap on remote guests but you have more than 2 we will need to discuss the strategy and set up with you.
Yes, you may bring additional people if needed. Please be aware that extra people in the room may introduce background noise, so we recommend keeping non-essential personnel to a minimum.
We understand schedules change and things come up. If you need to cancel after payment, you’ll receive a studio credit that can be used toward future recording time within 6 months. Credits can be applied to any available day or time.
Because we reserve the space, equipment, and engineer specifically for your session—and because that time becomes unavailable to others once booked—payments are non-refundable. We prepare the studio and block out the schedule in advance, so this policy helps ensure fairness for everyone recording with us.
If you need to reschedule or adjust your booking, just let us know and we’ll do our best to help within our available schedule.
Your recording session begins and ends at the time you booked. If you arrive late, the session will still end at the original end time and the rate remains the same. We aren’t able to adjust, extend, or discount studio time due to late arrivals.
If you need extra time and the schedule allows for it, we’ll do our best to accommodate. Additional time can be added and is billed in-session at the standard rate.
To make sure you receive the full value of your session, please plan to arrive on time and ready to record.
