We keep things simple around here. These rules help everyone get the best recording experience possible, protect the space and equipment, and make sure every client gets the time and attention they booked. Here’s the quick version:
- Your session starts and ends at the time you booked. Being late doesn’t add bonus time (we wish it worked that way too).
- If you need extra time and the studio is free, we’ll do our best to extend—payment just happens on the spot.
- Booking is confirmed only after payment. Once we prep the space for you, it’s yours.
- Cancellations get a studio credit, not a refund—because once that time’s reserved, we start planning for you.
- Please come ready to record. We don’t write scripts or coach podcasts—we just make you sound great and look your best.
- Food and drinks are fine, just in designated areas - away from the equipment
- No smoking, vaping, alcohol, nudity, or anything illegal. That’s a no from us.
- You can bring guests or a small crew—just give us a heads-up. No live audiences, cheering sections, or fan clubs.
- We deliver your raw audio and video files when you’re done.
- Musicians are welcome—just book ahead so we can prepare for your setup.
