Need a quiet, professional space for a podcast, interview, audio project, or creative session? Studio rental includes private studio access, audio setup, and engineer support.
We edit episodes recorded at 274 Podcast Hub or elsewhere. Editing may include cleanup, mistake removal, pause tightening, level balancing, and podcast-ready export.
Need extra time before or after your session? Additional studio time can be added for setup, extended recording, client-provided photo or video setup, content planning, retakes, or tear down.
Setup and wrap-up happen during booked studio time, so this add-on is helpful if you need more time than your main recording session allows.
Bringing your own camera? We can sync your uncut studio audio to your uncut video as an add-on. Video recording is not provided by 274 Podcast Hub..
Please note that setup time happens during your booked studio time. When choosing how long to book the space, allow enough time for arrival, setup, sound check, recording or session time, and wrap-up. For photo or video recording we have lighting, furniture, decor, tripods add-ons upon request, but clients must bring their own camera or video equipment.

Everything you need:
All bookings are 1-hour minimum and in 30-minute increments.
We understand schedules change and things come up. If you need to cancel after payment, you’ll receive a studio credit that can be used toward future recording time within 6 months. Credits can be applied to any available day or time.
Because we reserve the space, equipment, and engineer specifically for your session—and because that time becomes unavailable to others once booked—payments are non-refundable. We prepare the studio and block out the schedule in advance, so this policy helps ensure fairness for everyone recording with us.
If you need to reschedule or adjust your booking, just let us know and we’ll do our best to help within our available schedule.
Your recording session begins and ends at the time you booked. If you arrive late, the session will still end at the original end time and the rate remains the same. We aren’t able to adjust, extend, or discount studio time due to late arrivals.
If you need extra time and the schedule allows for it, we’ll do our best to accommodate. Additional time can be added and is billed in-session at the standard rate.
To make sure you receive the full value of your session, please plan to arrive on time and ready to record.
Yes, but we provide audio only editing services. If you record your podcast with your camera you will need to edit it. We can help sync the audio to your video.
Yes. You can book the studio for rehearsals or professional music recording. We do require musicians to call ahead because availability, setup, and session needs are different from podcasting.
Yes. We set up remote guest audio and connections for you. You do not need any special equipment.
Absolutely. Many clients batch record multiple episodes or video sessions in one booking to maximize studio time.
No. Nudity is strictly prohibited in our studio.
We appreciate our customers, but we kindly ask that you schedule appointments before visiting our podcast studio. This helps us avoid interruptions during our recording sessions.
